Keep fit at your own pace with the help of our fully-trained coaches. St Mellion’s Health Club is open to all and offers comprehensive fitness packages to suit each user’s individual needs. Upon joining, you will be offered an 12 week tailored programme with 1-2-1 progress checks with our health and wellbeing specialist, designed to assess your goals and to enable us to tailor an exercise programme for you to follow either alone or in our group classes.
Off Peak > Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm
Peak > Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 10pm / Friday 6.30am - 9pm / weekends from 8am - 8pm
